Contemplating "Everything Is Energy"

 “Everything is energy.” is a statement that intrigues me. I find myself often contemplating what that is/means by watching/discovering/exploring what is going on in my world, people around me and nature/weather, etc. 

My work is a visual interpretation of what energy means to me. Energy is in clouds, movement/change/weather. Movement of sun/moon mark the change or energy of a day. Energy is in coal, oil, water, fire...we use it to do things. 

I am intrigued by the fact that a thought is the beginning energy that manifests everything in our world. We mostly don't see energy itself, but the results of energy is everywhere in our world. How do you see/experience/know energy?
